Charting Experience Categories for Museum Exhibitions

In this poster, we chart and identify user experience categories with museum experiences. The were searched from narratives people provided in a survey-based study (n = 48), where reflected their positive negative experiences, technology use possible ethical concerns exhibitions they had visited. Cultural heritage is special design domain, as it can involve not only fragile old materials but also cultural sensitivities related to the events history. paper highlights role of interactivity multi-sensory experiences museums, our research contributes background knowledge for designers practitioners working exhibits.
